"A method for rapid and accurate apple fruitlet detection before fruit thinning is proposed. The method is based on a state-of-the-art deep learning approach. The model size of our method is only 1.4 MB and the F1 score is 91.5%. The proposed method effectively detected apple fruitlets under a variety of different conditions."
